We are hiring for
Sr. Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) for Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other team members to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Pega platform.Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure Pega applications, considering performance optimization and integration requirements.Mentor and coach Certified System Architects (CSAs) and Certified Senior System Architects (CSSAs) on Pega best practices and technical concepts.Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and architectural discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong understanding of Pega's architecture and capabilities.Expertise in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Infinity platforms.Proficiency in Pega application design, case management, and decisioning capabilities.Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as REST, SOAP, and JMS, within the Pega platform.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, providing technical leadership and guidance.
Additional Preferred Skills:Experience with Pega Customer Service and Pega Marketing applications.Knowledge of cloud-based Pega implementations, such as Pega Cloud or Pega on AWS/Azure.Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices in the context of Pega development.
