This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved on the ground floor of a successful restaurant located in Portland's Central East Side, surrounded by trendy restaurants and entertainment venues. The Club is designed to deliver an unforgettable Queer-Centered Gentlman's Club featuring dining and drinking experiences where male Burlesque and live Jazz performances fill the room with beauty, soul, and dinner should last an entire evening.Required Skills:
Main Requirments:
General floor operations, service, and event execution.All staff scheduling.Ongoing training of staff. Discuss areas of improvement for different departments and develop ways to backfill those skill sets.New staff training. The untitled team needs to develop a manual and/or handouts with a daily outline of focuses to streamline the training process for all positions.Hiring new staff. The GM should second interview all FOH staff prior toMaintaining health, hygiene, uniform, and safety standards for all staff.Strategic planning of daily operations, revenue growth, marketing, entertainment, staffing, etc.Ensure staff is clocked-in appropriately, spreadsheets are filled out correctly and tips are entered-in correctly. Assist Financial Controller when information is missing or incorrect, and adjust accordingly to prevent recurrence.Party paperwork. The GM should ensure private events are being rung in correctly, all paperwork is being filled out entirely, and tip sheets are completed correctlyContinued analysis of price points and product offerings.
Quality Control. Everything we do at Untitled should impress and delight. It is our responsibility to uphold this standard in every aspect of what we do.Continued development of all salaried Untitled team members.
Identifying key opportunities for improvement and taking swift action.Marketing/Events. It is important that the GM lead the charge relating to Marketing and PR.The GM should constantly be ideating on programmed events and daily specials, as well as acting as liaison to the Marketing and PR teams.Oversight of the sales team, including but not limited to lead tracking, problem resolution, tracking sales actuals to budget, etcDirect reports include the Executive Chef, Event Sales Managers, Stage Manager, and all FOH Managers (operations, beverage, client relations, etc).Preferred Skill:
