A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment and/or Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. The role requires significant experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on handling complex cases and providing strategic legal counsel.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and litigate commercial disputes from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial issues.Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on commercial litigation matters.Conduct legal research and prepare detailed written analyses, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and handle all aspects of trial preparation.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.Stay current with developments in commercial litigation law and industry trends.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.Requirements:4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment and/or Commercial Litigation.Strong academic credentials.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.Experience managing complex commercial litigation cases.Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel and handle all aspects of litigation.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.Skills:Extensive knowledge of commercial litigation practices and procedures.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide effective legal strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases.Strong client service orientation and ability to maintain client relationships.
