$78,100.00 - $117,200.00POSITION SUMMARY:

The Software Implementation Analyst II is responsible for implementing and delivering our WRG software solutions and other vendors’ software solutions and ensuring smooth adoption by the end-users. As part of the implementations team, the Software Implementation Analyst will work closely with the Senior Software Implementation Analyst, project managers, other project team members, 3rd party providers, and partner consulting teams.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

The Software Implementation Analyst II specializes in the setup and implementation of WRG software and other vendor software integrations to customers' core credit union systems and 3rd party vendors.During project implementation, the Software Implementation Analyst will be responsible for delivering the project through the major project phases, including independently working on Requirements, Software Configuration, Integrations, Testing, and Production Go-Live.Project Setup, Installation, Configuration, and Implementation of WRG software and vendor software, including independently gathering Client Requirements / Gap Analysis, Software Installation, Software Configuration, Integrations, Testing, and Production Go-Live.Leads clients in the technical preparations for new installations or builds and provides hands-on training to the client’s technical users to ensure successful software installations and configuration changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in gathering requirements, planning, testing, and rollout of new builds/versions to clients.Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation and maintain them up-to-date.Participates in or leads discussions with clients and the Senior Implementation Analyst to define business, process, functional, and data element requirements necessary to configure the solution.Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, and provide workaround and functional implementation guidance.Serve as a Help Desk administrator and provide clients with ongoing support.OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Provides support to existing clients in issue identification and resolution in medium, highly complex production issues.Assists other implementation engineers in a group or one-on-one setting to identify and resolve installation issues.Effectively communicates project expectations and status to all team members and stakeholders, including business representatives, partners, clients, and implementation team members.Participates in and occasionally leads regularly scheduled team meetings to identify installation issues and lead team members with problem resolutions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proven experience (2-4 years) in enterprise software system installations, configuration, implementations, project life cycles, and software implementation methodologies.Experience in software implementation projects involving integration with 3rd party software.Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft internet solutions, specifically IIS 6.0/7.0, web service-based software solutions.Experience in the financial industry, specifically credit unions, preferred.Flexibility to travel to client locations.A plus is knowledge of the Symitar environment and its related technologies, such as Report Generator (PowerOn) and SYMCONNECT.Knowledge of the Keystone Correlation environment and its associated technologies.COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Algebra-level mathematical ability preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
