OverviewJOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, but not direct supervision, provides the necessary top quality images of requested exam for diagnostic purposes and do related work as required, will rotate on stand-by and weekend schedule as required for radiology coverage.Taking a patient-centered approach, provide scanning services within professional standards and with excellent customer service; guide patients through the whole process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology, required.Current certificate of the ARRT (R) (CT), required.Minimum 1 yr. experience working as CT Technologist, required.Current BLS (AHA), required.Venipuncture Certification, required or within 1 yr. of hire.
