The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.Min = $99,834.476Mid = $129,784.819Max = $159,735.162Summary:The Director of Ambulatory Operations assumes administrative responsibility for the management of assigned ambulatory/outpatient practices to include multiple locations and outreach clinics. The incumbent is primarily accountable for the planning, implementation and operation of the department in order to meet the needs of the organization. Participates in strategic planning as it relates to the ambulatory network, the hospital as a whole, and the health service, recommends space and resource allocation needed by the department/service to support the mission, vision and strategic objectives of YRMC. The Director will provide leadership and expertise in the management of the department and establish objectives and current standards of ambulatory practice; defines, interprets, and implements the philosophy and objectives for YRMC’s ambulatory operations. Responsible for clinical excellence, accountable for strategic business planning, program development and administration, fiscal accountability, human resource management, quality management, and effective dyad partnership with physician leaders; facilitates and manages operational change while maintaining optimal patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. The Director ensures compliance with the standards set forth by regulatory agencies (i.e., CMS, AZHHA, CDC, etc.,) including all documentation requirements. Continually evaluates with others, core processes to improve clinical operations, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, enhance service, and improve quality and patient safety performance. Maintain outpatient practice licensure and supports the broader needs of the organization. The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after disasters or unplanned code triage events.
