The Regional Account Manager is Responsible for supporting the sales, marketing, and managing project activities for Global Major Accounts in North America. Directs activities associated with the development of strategic global major accounts. Understand account's business direction, identify their challenges, and contribute to their growth through supplying Yokogawa products/solutions/services. Access global account's headquarters and local affiliates/subsidiaries to manage and create business opportunities. Contribute to the growth of Yokogawa by playing an active and communicative role as assigned global account manager together with Yokogawa Global Headquarters. Create and maintain a global coverage strategy toward customers in collaboration with key stakeholders in the region and global.

DUTIES/RESULTSDevelop and enhance the relationship with assigned global account in order to win businesses (projects)Direct and lead Yokogawa strategy for global account.Coordinate the corporate executive relationship in Japan by understanding the global account culture.Align and collaborate with HQ as well as Yokogawa global affiliates.Assist global account manager for annual Account plan and deliver in a timely fashion. It will be updated through a quarterly business review process.Create and comply with the Policies, Processes and Programs for Account team members and its supporting members.Participate in regular reviews for Account activities to review progress against commitments and forecast.Provide timely and accurate business forecasting of accounts.Work to ensure timely and thorough administration of current account contracts.Provide avenues and viable solutions to resolve first-line account issues. Contact Technical/Product support team for support when necessary.Responsible for maximizing Yokogawa products/solutions/services portfolio with account through a "Demand Creation" process.Establish and maintain executive relationships at a high level and help to achieve executive level meetings at least once a year.Contribute to develop and improve Yokogawa product & solutions based on the account requirement point of view together with Global Headquarters.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.

Prior Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years business experiences with at least two years major account management in Industrial Automation. Experience in working with multi- cultural environment; Strong process control products knowledge; Must be a team player.
