This role will utilize the strengths of an experienced broadcaster, storyteller, and advocate to produce quality content while helping people in our community. You will create and direct outreach projects in our community designed to lend a hand to people in need. The perfect candidate needs to be a self-starter, great communicator, and highly organized, with extraordinary attention to detail. Your dedication to engaging in our community through content creation, marketing, and sales, is imperative. You will possess the ability to create, produce, and deliver local content and local partnerships.Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Create, lead, and execute a comprehensive community outreach program for the station.Coordinate, organize, and implement sales content in the lifestyle show.Serve as an on-air host and independent leader and facilitator between news, sales, marketing, and programming.Develop and coordinate public outreach efforts with non-profit and community organizationswhile adding sponsorship opportunities.Work with sales managers to create revenue-generating projects.Responsible for digital/social efforts including, but not limited to the lifestyle show and for all community out-reach.Responsible for production of the stations on-air and online community content for TV and digital.Be forward-thinking to motivate viewers with creative and impactful station campaigns.Maintain a fun, collaborative, and effective work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:This position requires a leader and an innovator.Extensive experience in producing branded content.Familiarity with Graphic design and project execution.Strong understanding of web/social trends and technology.Ability to work under daily deadline pressure.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills.If you feel youre qualified and want to work with a great group of people go to
