Represent clients in litigation related to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, and creditor and lender liability.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Take and defend depositions and effectively manage pre-trial and trial procedures.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Provide sound legal advice and strategic recommendations to clients.Engage in settlement negotiations and manage case settlements.Attend and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to develop and implement case strategies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Requirements
JD from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3+ years of diverse litigation experience, including commercial real estate and distressed loans.Proven experience in handling depositions and courtroom litigation.Strong academic background and solid law firm or clerking experience.Excellent problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Admission to the Florida State Bar.Skills
High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle complex and high-stakes litigation matters.Benefits
