You’re a seasoned expert at PPC, GDN, Google Shopping, Google UAC, and should hit the ground running. Plus, would be great if you also had experience in SEO optimization marketing and/or programmatic marketing. You’re committed to maintaining successful relationships with our agency partner and team members, and embody a win at all cost mentality.Responsibilities:Fully manage Google Ads accounts from ideation to executionProvide detailed reports to CMO of account performanceCommunicate with the team about strategy, performance, and other related metrics and requestsSpearhead the improvement of PPC strategies and quality of work delivered for our brandStay informed of industry and channel developments, trends, best practices, and strategiesCreate, monitor, and optimize paid text and video search campaigns within Google, and BingMonitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and other tools to gain insights to make informed and strategic adjustments.Actively test and analyze keywords, bid management, ad copy, and landing pages through usage of A/B testing.Develop landing pages for each campaign or assist with specific direction of their development to improve conversions.Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, deliverables, and performance.Prepare and present weekly/ monthly reports and make recommendations based on KPI’s, ROI, and other various metrics.Continuously look at avenues to increase performance and experiment with different methods driving traffic and leadsRole Requirements:Expert experience with Google Ads & Bing Ads requiredExpert experience with Search, GDN, UAC, across several verticals requiredExpert experience with Excel or Google Sheets requiredExpert experience with Google Analytics requiredProficiency with other analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude preferred2+ years managing paid media budgets of $50k+ per month required2-3 years of experience in Paid Search (PPC/ SEM), preferably within a digital agency or have experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.Experience with how to build campaigns in Google, and BingExperience handling combined budgets of $1M - $2M annually.Strong familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such Google Tag Manager, UTM and Facebook Pixel.Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent project management skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)ROI (Return on Investment): Measure the effectiveness of PPC campaigns by tracking the return on investment generated from advertising spend.CTR (Click-Through Rate): Monitor the percentage of clicks compared to the number of impressions to gauge ad performance and relevance.Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of users who complete a desired action (e.g., purchase, sign-up) after clicking on an ad.Quality Score: Assess the quality and relevance of keywords, ads, and landing pages to optimize campaigns for better performance and lower costs.ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Calculate the revenue generated from ad campaigns compared to the cost of those campaigns.Cost Per Conversion: Determine the cost of acquiring a customer through PPC advertising.Most Important Things (MITs)Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute PPC strategies, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to drive traffic and conversions.Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on account performance to the CMO, highlighting key metrics and insights.Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members about strategy, performance, and requests, and collaborate to achieve positive results.Continuous Improvement: Spearhead the improvement of PPC strategies and work quality to enhance brand performance.Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of industry developments, trends, and best practices to implement effective strategies.Client and Agency Relations: Maintain successful relationships with agency partners and team members, embodying a win-at-all-cost mentality.
