Our global footprint reaches more than twelve locations in the Americas and more than six locations in Europe and China.Position Summary:The Senior IT Business Solutions Manager will lead and manage our IT projects across various workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and technical understanding, ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives that align with our business objectives. The role will report to the Director of IT and can be hybrid based in our Rosenberg or Pearland, TX facilities.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary backup to the Global IT DPC Director.Manage and oversee IT major projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Lead cross-functional teams (IT System Development, Testing, Deployment, Monitoring, Maintenance, Upgrades, and Support of Data Centers, Databases, Servers, Operating Systems, and Associated Software & Hardware).Develop, manage, and prioritize projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects.Create and lead multiple project plans, including scope of work, budget, change management, and risk management.Ensure compliance with SOX IT regulations.Conduct research and remain current with the latest technologies and solutions.Communicate with team members (US and International) to analyze and create organized issue resolution paths, resolve critical issues, and establish success criteria.Minimum required qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in a global, highly matrixed organization.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different workstreams in IT.Must possess extensive hands-on experience in leading and managing major IT change management projects.Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in ERP functional knowledge of SyteLine, JDE, or Oracle.Strong technical understanding of network and server operating systems.Exceptional leadership skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders globally.The ideal candidate possesses the following experience, skills, and abilities:Experience with SOX IT compliance.Proven ability to support and manage cross-functional IT teams.Strong research skills to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Work Arrangement:
