Description of the Role:
As a Service Lane Sales Manager at Envision Motors of Milpitas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in the service department by utilizing your strong sales and selling skills. Your main responsibilities will include:
Contact and discuss with customers who have declined recommended services either in person or on the phone.
Coaching and training the advisor staff to enhance their sales techniques.
Resolving difficult cases on the service drive and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize calling back customers who have declined recommended services.
Utilize your sales skills to persuade customers to reconsider and schedule the necessary services.
Coach and train the advisor staff to improve their sales techniques and customer handling skills.
Resolve customer complaints and difficult cases on the service drive, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Lead and motivate a team of service professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers.
Ensure all processes and procedures are followed in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
Strong sales and selling skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales.
Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work weekends and possibly holidays as needed.
