Location: Pooler, GeorgiaThis position is responsible for the strategic direction of JCB marketing, brand development, and all communications both externally and internally in North America. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with marketing expertise across product, brand, and growth marketing.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:Develop and execute the Marketing strategy for JCB North America.Act as a strategic thought partner to our Executive team on all aspects of Marketing.Define our North American brand and how it presents itself to different types of audiences externally: customers, candidates, and consumers.Build a world-class marketing team. Hire, coach, and develop members of the marketing function.Research and develop marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.Create and plan digital campaigns and benchmark performance goals.Direct social media presence to connect with and engage customers, consumers, and employees.Plan and coordinate public affairs, which should include public relations and community outreach programs.Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication programs.Responsible for directing the creation and placement of all advertising and/or advertising campaigns.Ensure that any campaigns effectively reach marketing goals and objectives.Plan and direct all marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.Nature and Scope:Reports to President and CEOMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldTen years of marketing or advertising experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in marketing or advertisingFifteen years of advertising/marketing experience within a related industryTen years of experience within a senior-level positionJCB is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
