About the jobThe Customer Intelligence R&D team is looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to advance our data engineering framework, support numerous value-stream teams, and more. Data Engineering is looking to the future, and how we can best support our customers both internal and external by leveraging the latest in Generative AI within our solutions. Data pipelines, orchestration and additional manipulation of customer event data will fall within your scope of influence.You will contribute to various solutions driven by the technical acumen you bring. Expertise within one or more areas of the product software is expected to be gained expeditiously. The Data Engineering team hosting this position is a multi-talented feature team contributing to diverse technologies powering our Customer Intelligence CI360 solutions.You will:Design and develop high-quality, testable, and scalable software solutions within established timelines while adhering to CI360 best practices and processesEnsure solutions meet the highest data security guidelines and are consistent with R&D standardsDevelop multi-tenancy solutions that support multiple services and scale seamlesslyExpand knowledge of CI360 solutions, and how Data Engineering services support those solutionsReview cloud technologies and participate in research efforts to best determine applicability as it pertains to Data Engineering servicesEnsure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organizations secure software development goals.Required Qualifications5 or more years of experience developing enterprise-level solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldEquivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualificationsDemonstrable experience with the Java programming languagePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with microservices and/or data processing systemsExperience with Amazon Web Services, or similar cloud offeringsStrong testing automation experience, preferably in *unit frameworksExperience with the Python programming languageExperience building DevOps-enabled software solutionsExperience with container management systems, such as KubernetesExperience building streaming data processing systemsUsage of Git, GitHub, GitLab, and/or Jenkins.Thorough knowledge of additional AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, ECR/ECS, SQS, SNS, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, etc.)Experience with relational databases and SQL language.World-Class BenefitsHighlights include...Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision plans.Medical plan options include...
