Job Purpose
NOTE: Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizen, U.S. national or protected individual (as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) status.Responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and management of cloud-based systems, networks, and applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and secure modular cloud-based systemsDevelop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practicesTroubleshoots issues, performing root cause analysis, and implements corrective/preventive actionsEnsure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud securityMigrate existing on-premise applications to the cloudProposes and implements systems and networking enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the systemIdentify, analyze, and resolve vulnerabilities and application deployment issuesMigrate and consolidate existing external cloud tenant infrastructureRegularly review existing cloud resources and make recommendations for improvementsPeriodic cloud security administration outside normal business hoursCollaborating with development teams to evaluate, identify, and implement optimal cloud security solutionsDeep technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products including security controlsAssess and analyze security controls and configurations for SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and Office 365Knowledge and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Typically requires 8+ years of demonstrated experience.Proven work experience designing, implementing, and testing cloud security controls.Advanced knowledge of O365 administration and security controls.Demonstrated cloud engineering experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.Preferred
Azure, AWS, and/or GCP certifications preferredRelevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Security EngineerSkills to analyze infrastructure as codeSkill to effectively analyze and solve problemsSkill in software installation and maintenanceKnowledge of security, storage, networking, systems, and application management concepts and techniquesAbility to work independently as well as with a teamAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and publicScheduleThis role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
