Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing/Advertising Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that meet their unique needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to develop comprehensive marketing and advertising plans.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.Oversee campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics and reporting results to clients.Stay current on marketing and advertising trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns.Generate new business leads and contribute to the agency's overall growth strategy.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing and project management software (e.g., CRM, project management tools).
