Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Cybersecurity Defense Manager to lead our cybersecurity team in protecting our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in designing and implementing robust security measures, managing security operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Top Secret clearance or higher required.Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategy:Lead and manage the cybersecurity team to ensure the security of the organization’s cloud infrastructure.Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to continually improve the organization's security posture.Security Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity team, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.Ensure the timely and effective resolution of security incidents and breaches.Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.Cloud Security:Design, implement, and maintain security controls and best practices for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).Ensure the secure configuration and management of cloud infrastructure and services.Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to integrate security into all aspects of cloud deployments.Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other IT and business teams to align security initiatives with business goals.Communicate security risks, policies, and procedures to stakeholders at all levels.Provide training and awareness programs to enhance the organization's security culture.Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 a year
