We inspire each other, every day, to be our best self.Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment?The Shift Leader assists in inspiring and developing their team, upholding Luna Grill’s high standards, and providing exceptional guest service and awareness to ensure the guests of Luna Grill will become “Raving Fans”.What You’ll Do:Provides knowledge to cashiers and team trainers and empowers the team to provide great guest service and awareness.Assists with training of team members.Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items by answering questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required and checks team members out of position if scheduled as MOD.Monitors and observes guests’ dining experience. Ensures guests are satisfied with the food and service.Delegates tasks to front of the house team regarding day-to-day operations.Other duties may be assigned.LUN-A-TIC Qualifications:Detail oriented, organized and efficient.Safety-minded with effective communication skills.Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
