We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead a development team effectively.

As the Lead Salesforce Engineer, you'll spearhead our Salesforce development efforts, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities include leading a team of developers, architecting scalable solutions, and providing technical expertise. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design customizations, and oversee the implementation process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES A
ND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-depth knowledge of APEX with a strong experience of using developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and TriggersStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience CloudStrong experience of integrating salesforce with other enterprise applications like NetSuiteSubstantial experience of using Visual Force for SF developmentMust design and propose solution [POC] post discovery sessions.Expertise in delivering tech-debt projects, and code optimization.Conducting code/peer reviews, and ensuring best standards are practiced across the team.Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web servicesProficiency with SOQL & SOSL languagesWorking experience of resolving production support cases or issuesEnsure best practices are followed across the salesforce ecosystem.Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals.Experience in designing solution for large salesforce data volumes.Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM) is required.Implement measures to improve the system performanceWHAT YOU'LL BRING:
