Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Measurement Solutions team, which is a division of Control Associates. She/He will drive business growth within new and established accounts across multiple industries. The Account Manager will bridge technical, interpersonal, and business domains to set a vision and collaborate to develop and deliver products, services, and integrated solutions to meet that vision. If you have an inquisitive nature, and a desire to grow the business through selling mutually beneficial business outcomes, this role is for you!

Responsibilities: Ownership

of the external customer relationships selling our measurement instrumentation products and services portfolio through a consultative approach Develop and

execute account plans

to grow our portfolio within named accounts Proactively network and

build strong relationships with key client stakeholders , decision makers and influencers Develop and

execute

pursuit strategies

to win Create and maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline through use of CRM tool Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all our products and services within our

Measurement Solutions portfolio Engage directly with clients through onsite visits within the Tri-State area Organize, coordinate, and support customer seminars Drive company, team, and individual goals Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Prerequisites:

4+ years of experience within our served industries

in an engineering, operations, or sales capacity BS/BA degree in a discipline that supports a technical knowledge of the business , an Engineering concentration is preferred Demonstrated ability to interface with decision makers Problem Solver,

able to uncover the true root cause, and have an open-minded approach to create a solution Strategic thinker

with a propensity to connect technologies to business outcomes and to anticipate the emerging needs of customers Results driven , a professional who has consistently exceeded goals. Must have excellent communications, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills, this is a client facing role Experience working in a team environment while providing individual contributions and leading through influence Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite expertise with Advanced Excel and CRM experience
