Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.Responsibilities:
Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and project leadersWork with technical leads and architects to develop process documents for large scale projectsPrepare project deliverables and deliver documentation on timeManage project schedule and budget to make sure resources are allocated properly to each projectCoordinate and facilitate the program routines - for example: project kick off, status reviews, stakeholder/steerco meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizationsPromote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timelineFacilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removalResponsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and scheduleEnsure the execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholdersTrack the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadershipManage the financials and assists with resource planning for the programProvide input to define/improve the Change Management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience of Project management experience tools and capabilitiesBackground in technology (development or database technologies required)Experience with Agile Methodology and JiraAble to work independently and deliver projects on scheduleAbility to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality/timelineExperienced with project schedules, timelines, and resource management

Prior financial client experience
