Our flagship product is built to be integrated with existing AI systems to enumerate and eliminate risks caused by unintentional and intentional (adversarial) failure modes. With Generative AI becoming increasingly popular, new vulnerabilities and attacks present a significant threat to AI companies and their consumers. Our Generative AI Firewall provides a safety net against these failure modes.
At Robust Intelligence, we have built a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, AI security experts, and software engineers to advance the state of AI security. Together, we're building the future of secure, trustworthy AI.
About The Role
In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to shape the product, define the roadmap and ensure execution of initiatives for our full suite of offerings. You will work with customers to define platform features, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver them to enterprise customers. You will need to extensively collaborate with the customers and partners to understand their pain points, define use cases that we need to address, and make prioritization decisions. This is a very visible and hands-on PM leadership role where you report to the executive team and will interact with peers in Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Product Management.

This is an in-office position based out of our SF office.
As VP of Product you will:
Define and develop the Product development strategy in collaboration with CTO and leadership teams within Robust IntelligenceConduct market research and competitive analysis to comprehend and identify emerging challenges affecting Security teamsTransform product insights into a well-defined and strategic roadmap for new product opportunitiesAct as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the companyLead the product development process from discovery to launchMonitor and analyze product performance and use that data to drive product improvementsDevelop strong, trusted partnerships with customers and partners to evangelize and deliver value based solutions that directly impact their ability to deploy AI modelsDrive internal and external communication on Robust Intelligence's Product platform to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality productsWork closely with Design, Software Engineers and Machine Learning engineers in a highly technical environment to define, scope and prioritize feature developmentPartner closely with GTM and Customer Success teams to provide frameworks for product positioning, enablement and deploymentWhat we look for:
8+ years of experience in product management at enterprise-level SaaS organizationsExperience with SaaS platforms and Cloud native technologiesExperience working at startups and in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategicallyExperience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teamsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to properly translate positioning and technologyAbility to think creatively and come up with new solutions to customer pain pointsStrong quantitative and business analysis skillsProven leadership skills and prior experience building high-performing teamsExperience in CyberSecurity space, familiarity and working knowledge of AI and platform products
$200,000 - $250,000 a year
