The RN Labor and High Risk OB Float Pool will:Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing teamUtilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing StandardsEnsure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of CareAdminister medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policyMeticulously document all aspects of patient care
Requirements:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New JerseyBSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire dateBLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart AssociationNRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I required as defined by primary specialty unit assigned*NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part II obtained during clinical orientation as defined by primary specialty unit assigned*ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientationPALS certification obtained during clinical orientationECG course obtained during clinical orientation
