We are Amazon Robotics and we will give you the tools and support you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling, and fun.DNA is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate infrastructure programs across the organization and its customers. DNA products focus on big data, leveraging our data platform to ingest, aggregate, and vend data for our tools and those of our customers. We create visualizations, develop tools, and provide metrics for existing and yet-to-be-developed technologies. The Senior TPM is responsible for creating and driving the execution of development projects for the DNA product roadmap.Key job responsibilities

Define, drive and execute on ambiguous and bold programs that have a substantive impact on the business.Partner with engineering, science, and operations to help drive the roadmap using key insights from our developer customers.Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments.Help manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.Work closely with the engineers and managers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.Collaborate effectively with peer teams and key partner services to deliver robust engineering products.Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management.A day in the life

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.Experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
