Pay & Benefits:
Hourly
$25-$30
Company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided

Responsibilities:
Conduct an initial assessment to determine the extent of the damage, the scope, and the strategy to remediate mold, sewage, fire, and water losses.
Moisture map and sketch projects accurately, and communicate the scope of work with the customer, insurance adjuster, and project manager.
Understand all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc).
Accurately track and allocate materials and equipment used on each project.
Document each project through photos, and field reports; and save samples of materials removed.
Be proficient in selling jobs and signing work authorizations.
Qualifications:
5 or more years of Water Damage Restoration experience
IICRC WRT Certification
Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/descend stairs.
Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
