This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-office.Interested Applicants:

Follow set procedures and steps to review accountse-filing approved documents on various court portalsFollowing up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documentsCommunicating with court clerks for status updates via phoneClosing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been metWhat You'll Need:
Prior law firm experiencePrior banking or logistics experience also a plusHigh school diplomaPreferred: Bachelor's or Paralegal CertificateAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to write simple correspondenceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOP Standard Operating Procedures, and procedure manualsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionsAbility to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationsWhat You'll Enjoy:
