Project Manager - Multifamily Developer

Their projects include apartments, luxury living, and mixed use builds. They currently have an extremely well funded construction arm that has exceptional relationships with local subcontractors. Multifamily developer Over 800 units managed currently, with another 800 in development 2 decades in the market In house construction arm Job Description Project Planning : Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Budget Management : Monitor project expenditures, manage cost overruns, and ensure financial targets are met. Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Compliance : Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project. Quality Control : Supervise construction activities to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality. Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Progress Monitoring : Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and communications. Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
