The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a
Business Development Representative
role. This individual will be responsible for cold calling leads and generating and developing new prospects through direct and indirect sales efforts. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role and a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities
Conduct high volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads
Work independently and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Work internally with sales management to ensure proper quality and quantity of “business discussions” with prospects
Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned
Track and maintain contacts and sales process through Salesforce.com
QualificationsRequired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Coachability, with a desire learn professional selling skills
Competitive nature and self-driven motivation
The ability to deal with objections and rejection
Preferred
B2B telephone sales experience
College degree in Business or Marketing
Any experience with Salesforce.com
