Director of Manufacturing

JCW Search is currently recruiting for an exciting search for a Director of Manufacturing to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in East Windsor, NJ. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and overseas the sterile manufacturing of the pharmaceutical products for the company.This role is onsite 5 days a week and offers a competitive salary & benefits!Responsibilities:Provides technical support for manufacturing executionDrives efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and workflowsServes as a technical subject matter expert in drug substances, drug product manufacturing, sterile filling, and/or packaging processesQualifications:15+ years of aseptic manufacturing experienceMust have at least 8 years of leadership experienceBachelor's Degree is requiredFor more information about this or other positions please contact Megan at megan.moran@jcwresourcing.com
