Mattress Brokers Inc.(MBI) , is a North Carolina based mattress distribution company that strives to provide high quality mattresses directly to the public at a 40-70% savings when compared to the traditional retail sector. The success of our niche business model is attributed to our ongoing manufacturer negotiations, by our operating out of modest / casual wholesale / retail environments, and by keeping our operational expenses to a minimum.

proven sales professional to manage operations within our
Raleigh, NC
territory.
Requirements
No industry experience needed
- Sales / Customer Service experience is a must.
Must be comfortable on the phone
- Although there is no cold calling required, if selected, you will be responding to 10-25 incoming calls/texts/messages per day from potential customers.
Must be a good manager of time
- Most customer inquiries can be answered remotely, however your presence will be required onsite most evenings from 4-7pm.
Must be comfortable operating alone in a casual warehouse environment

location require just one person to manage operations initially, therefore only those capable of multi tasking should apply.
Day in the life
Post/refresh merchandise advertising via online mediums per company standards as trained.
Respond to 15-25 incoming calls/texts/inquiries, etc daily from potential customers.
Convert 50%+ of inquiries into customer appointments.
Meet customers at the territory location, and allow them to view the advertised merchandise.
Accept / Inventory weekly deliveries.
Coordinate with customers to pick up their merchandise when it arrives at the designated location.
Appointments
Customer appointments run approximately 10 minutes in duration and result in a sale 70-90% of the time, making this a fantastic opportunity for the honest hard working professional seeking to earn a full time income while working a semi-flexible schedule.
