Job Role - JAVA DeveloperLocation - Rancho Cordova, CA or Oakland, CA - HybridDuration - 6 months

Java language knowledge for building services and micro services such as Restful with JSON and/or SOAP with XML based request/response requiredImplementing design patterns, algorithms and applying innovative methodologies experience requiredOracle Database interaction technologies such as Hibernate, JDBC and/or SQL knowledge required.Git/GitHub or any other distributed version control systems knowledge requiredJenkins, CloudBees and/or CI/CD systems working experience requiredIVR Technology and VUIs (Call Flows) knowledge preferredContact Center operations and technologies knowledge preferredTelephony and multi-channel capabilities knowledge preferredNuance MIX and/or Genesys Pure Cloud knowledge preferredUI framework knowledge such as Angular, React and/or Node preferredNatural Language and Voice Biometrics knowledge preferredAGILE, JIRA, and Confluence experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail and drive for excellenceTroubleshoot issues based upon customer experience, perform a root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions and lead resolution efforts
