OMH values clinical relationships and believes this coordinated approach provides the highest level of care to patients.Customize the care for each patient:Clinicians have the autonomy to determine the frequency and duration of patient sessions. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work performed, along with family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.Pick your own schedule!Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules, typically working between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Focus solely on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.Interested in benefits?Full-time clinicians are eligible for medical health benefits. Please speak with the recruitment team for specifics.Leadership & Advancement:OMH is a growing, clinician-led company offering advancement opportunities to become senior psychotherapists and/or site supervisors.Education & Licensure:Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Illinois is required, with the ability to practice independently.
