Our company supports the growth and future of the Aerospace industry seeking to add to our 2nd shift Packager I position to our team to contribute to our advancement.
Shift Schedules1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm;2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00pmAbility to work overtime is required, occasionally Saturday's.Full benefits package plus Vacation and Paid Days Off

Position Overview:
The Packager I ensure all shipping orders are accurately and efficiently processed to customer requirements. Work is performed under general supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Picking of inventory to accurately fulfill orders.Verify shipping instructions and shipper packet information.Effectively package finished products manually, or using various packaging equipment, in order of importance based on provided dashboards.Stocking of supply ordersAlways adheres to company safety standards.Always maintains security and confidentiality of all files.Competencies:
Basic windows/internet browserGood command of the English language, both written and spokenGood communication skills including active listening.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Full knowledge of shipping and packaging concepts, practices, and procedures, including understanding router's, certifications of compliance, set-up sheets, purchase orders, and shippers.High level of attention to detail required.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions.Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100'sWork Environment:

Working around machinery with moving partsWorking in close proximity to othersThe work performed is in a warehouse environment.Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
