Compact Main Office environment working around the executive and hybrid staff. Hybrid work from home 3 days a week. Working in a department of 3 (a manager and 2 coordinators) of which this person will be 1.
Responsible for the delivery of services in accordance with the established Scope of Services for Marketing.
Daily Responsibilities:Assist in interview preparationDatabase entry and maintenanceDevelop written and graphic materialCorporate event preparation/assistanceTrack marketing events and photography of projectsUpdate internal resumes, project information documentation and certifications.Additional duties depending on interests can include website updates, social media, attend marketing events and pre-proposal meetings, assist with trade shows and training videosRequired Experience, Education, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience in a similar role or a minimum of 5 years of A/E/C experience requiredMUST have InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experienceMUST have excellent organizational, writing and communication skillsPreferred Experience, Education, and Certifications:
Knowledge of Deltek Vision (or similar central company database platform) a plusKnowledge of Federal Construction market a plus
