Senior Director of Finance!

The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for all Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Cash Management. The role will have responsibility for key weekly and monthly financial reporting, analysis and forecasting processes. This position will support the CFO, as well as the broader business teams. This position oversees and provides guidance to the Director of Finance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and implement the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Prepare, analyze, report, and present the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to both internal and external stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis to identify and understand deviations from annual operating plan and forecast goals. Perform financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making, including modeling the impact of scenarios on profitability, leverage and cash flow. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize profitability, cash flow, and the company's capital structure. Monitor & review inventory balances for excess & obsolete positions and work with CFO on productive disposal of positions. Calculates, analyzes, and supports accrual management of retail shrink. Enhance alignment and credibility of the FP&A team with the business. Treasury Management:

Oversee all aspects of the company's cash flow management, including forecasting and annual operating planing. Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal utilization of credit facilities. Implement strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risk including currency trading. Execution of key vendor ACH and Wire Transfer payments. Accountable for selection and approval of weekly and monthly payments. Ensures that the Company complies with all current legal and regulatory financial and tax requirements for both domestic and international banking. Leadership, Coordination and Communication:

Provide financial leadership and guidance to the broader finance team. Effectively communicate complex financial information to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and non-finance professionals. Foster a working environment that stimulates open communication and efficient productivity. Know how to nurture while keeping bottom-line performance and accountability in mind. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Assists CFO with contract and agreement review between the company and its customers, vendors, banks, etc. Ensures data consistency and facilitates enterprise-wide reporting by supporting the implementation and maintenance of a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) system. Requirements

Accounting/GAAP knowledge Financial Planning and Analysis Tax accounting education or experience Credit Facility Management and negotiation experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (primary emphasis on Excel, Access & PowerPoint a plus but not required) Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects Excellent Communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required in accounting, finance, or economics. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is desired CPA or significant accounting experience is preferred Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years related experience within the retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or distribution field. Financial management experience in US and Canadian markets. Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience with at least eight (8) years in Finance and accounting management (i.e., controller, finance/accounting manager). Minimum three years international finance/accounting management experience working for multi-national companies. Experience working with large, omnichannel retail customers is a strong plus.
