Midwest Clinical Resource allows employees towork on a PRN or full-time status. Full-time status is earned and comes withextra benefits, such as insurance and PTO. By allowing a flexible workenvironment, our employees can enjoy and create the life they want by workingas much or as little as they would like to, on condition that they maintain theminimum requirement of working 3 shifts per month.

Positionscome with weekly pay, plus the opportunity for instant pay through Rain, tobridge the gap between paydays for your convenience. Wages range basedon experience and the position you are applying for. We also offer anopportunity for holiday pay, shift bonuses, and referral bonuses. With our partnershipwith North Shore, there is also an opportunity to become a part-time orfull-time permanent employee at one of our facilities.

EssentialJob Duties & Responsibilities (CNA)Attend to the individual needs of residents which may include assistance in personal and oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs not listedObserve residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report these changes to appropriate licensed nursing personnelProvide care that maintains each resident's skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin, etcAnswer residents' call lights promptly and courteouslyPerform various tasks assigned by the charge nurse including vital signs, residents' weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etcAssist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home upon admission and to the unit when transfers occurLift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident preventionCommunicate and interact effectively and respectfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisorsDocument care provided or other information in keeping with department policiesTheduties and responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive. There may beother tasks assigned to the role that should be managed professionally andrespectfully.

Qualifications

To beconsidered for this role, a candidate must hold a current Nursing AssistantCertification in Wisconsin and have at least 6months experience in long-term care.

Candidatesmust also have reliable means of transportation and a negative TB test, validwithin the last 6 months.

Compensation

Pay isdetermined based on years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PayRange: $22-$25 per hour
