Business Development Manager - New Business Development of HOA Property Management in the Greater Dallas Metro Area

Essential Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and manage RFP inquiries.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through targeted marketing and retention initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals. Manage the sales process using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on growth areas, competitive markets, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal departments and vendors to engage clients and support company activities.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in a service-related industry. Experience in association management is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and people skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, people-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines. Coaching and training abilities are desirable.

Additional Requirements
  • Travel: Occasional travel within Texas as needed.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., extensive use of fingers for typing, and ability to navigate properties.
  • Working Conditions: Mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work for property inspections.
