Manager-Treasury Management Services (Hybrid)

This position is responsible for the management, coordination and execution of Atlantic Union's Treasury Services sales growth strategy within certain geographies or segments. In this role this individual is responsible for the bank's achievement of targeted revenue and deposit objectives by driving a strong collaborative culture between the treasury management sales organization and key line of business partners. Essential responsibilities require consistent and direct communication with sales team members and the ability to drive a successful sales culture via client-facing involvement and regular in-market meetings. In addition, this role requires a working knowledge of key industry products and a solid working relationship with product management and operations as a vehicle for the ongoing growth and development of Atlantic Union's broader treasury services platform.

Position Accountabilities
- Manages a geographic or industry-based sales team whose targets are prospective and existing clients with a charge to develop and increase new and diversified income streams, notably service charges and deposits.
- Actively engages in the direct selling process including consistent and regular on-site involvement in sales opportunities.
- Assists in the development of portfolio planning and client prioritization exercises.
- Develops and provides actionable client target lists for specific projects based upon applicable criteria.
- Assists in regional and industry specific growth by influencing buy-in from local stakeholders to drive revenue and enhance the overall client experience.
- Drives sales officer accountability around sales protocol disciplines including insight selling, monthly sales reporting, pipeline development and regular interval performance reviews.
- Is responsible for regular and consistent LOB reporting to leadership and to be used for individual coaching and performance evaluation purposes.
- Collaborates with product management and bank operations on a regular basis.
- Maintains awareness of the trends and new developments in the coordination, development and execution of new and existing services.
- Oversees the pricing of services to ensure acceptable competitiveness and profitability.
- Provides coaching, guidance and effective training to enhance and increase sales officer productivity and development.
- Collaborates with peer Line of Business managers on projects, initiatives and broader strategic relationship development efforts.
- Dependent on portfolio size, managers may manage a portfolio of clients in addition to their management responsibilities.

Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in financial services sales
- 5-7 years of experience in leading individual sales team centered primarily in the marketing of treasury/cash management sales
- Ability to travel throughout the state and country regularly to support sales efforts
- CTP designation preferred

- Strong executive presence both internally/externally
- Ability to generate new ideas, identify and drive development of new business
- Demonstrated leadership potential and selling skills
- Excellent listening, organizational and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong industry/market knowledge
- Ability to mobilize and motivate internal networks and resources
