Deck Reviews, callouts, advise on next stepsRisk Assessment on contentBid Review with ProducersCasting Specs – put together with Producer for Casting CompanyManage Contracts: Production, Animation, Photographer, VFX, Edit, Location Releases (draft, review to final signatures)Third party trademark/IP clearances (e.g.; tattoos, jewelry, clothing)Work in tandem with legalWork in tandem with client’s cost controllers and agency partnersTrack music costsInsurance (pulling, processing, deal with claims)Deal with general claims (third party, music, etc.)Network Clearance (depending on client)AD-Id’s (pull/manage - depending on client)Manage Regular Standard Talent (excluding celebrities, athletes, influencers, etc.)Estimating, contracts and payments for union (SAG-AFTRA) and non-union regular talent including negotiations, releases, contracts, residual trackingEstimate with ProducersReview rough cuts and final content/assets for any risk or clearance concernsTrack and manage all payments excluding long form talent agreementsSubmit Purchase Orders and Invoices/ track and manage all payments through FinanceEnsure vendors are paid on time working closely with Account Management & FinanceTrack and file paperwork in job jacketsActualize/close jobs with Producers & FinanceOversee matters for other business affairs managers on the team when appropriateKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

8 + years of relevant creative agency/business affairs experiencePreferred Qualifications

4-Year College DegreeAble to summarize and speak in layman termsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsConfidence in presenting to internal teams and external partnersSalary Hiring Range:

$125,000 - $150,000Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.) Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
