Who You Are:The Implementation Engineer role, as part of a team, will be key in delivering Clearwave’s scheduling solution to our clients. The position requires an experienced software engineer with technical knowledge and experience that can assist in writing maintainable and test-driven code.
What You’ll Do:Assist in the design, creation and testing of a scalable scheduling solution.Collaborate closely with colleagues on feature enhancements.Review project requirements to ensure timely completion in order to meet client expectations.Understand client goals and ensure that goal alignment is occurring at every level.Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies.Communicate the project status to the key stakeholders (team, executives, client etc.).Work closely with the customer success managers to ensure alignment between buyer’s expectations and the needs/requirements of the client project leaders/members.Stay abreast of new features and products released.Maintain project deliverables and documentation that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.Assist with internal company initiatives.
