to find out more about what we do and the impact we are creating!Job Summary:We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects and day-to-day support, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ERP, mainly focusing on SD module, including incident resolution, user support, and system enhancements. Co-work with the HQ ERP team for support related to the other modules.Support ongoing projects and initiatives, conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD configurations and enhancements.Assist in the implementation of SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements; develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guides.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.5 years or more of experience in SAP support, with a focus on the SD module, preferably with exposure to S/4HANA.Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and system operations, and knowledge of additional SAP modules is a plus.
