Nova 401(k) Associates is one of the fastest growing TPA firms in the country, and we are looking to further expand our presence.We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans.We proactively go to the marketplace to target retirement plan advisors and some of the largest record-keepers in the industry to provide the best retirement plan services possible.We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA sales team in the country in key metropolitan areas. Identify Investment professionals in assigned region to promote Nova servicesParticipate in point-of-sale presentations to plan sponsors to represent Nova’s solutionsMaintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site visits, seminars, webinars, conference calls, and other presentation mediaUnderstand the competitive industry environment; identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the management teamBuild and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partnersTravel to offsite periodic sales trainingRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experienceSales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesalingExcellent sales and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needleStrong ability to build relationships and create partnershipsKnowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plusWe offer a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. The total compensation package includes base salary, commission and bonuses, providing an opportunity for high achievers to significantly enhance their overall earnings. Benefits package includes: health, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, a 401(k) Plan, and a HSA. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
