Ideally has put an AI project into productionFamiliarity with RAG, LLM, semantic search preferredMust have been a developer - 5+ years developer with back-end skills in Java, C#, Python, Go, C, Node.js, Rust. (Databases, either SQL or ideally NoSQL, multi-threaded code, ideally distributed systems.)Subject matter expertise in Generative AI and related technology ecosystemHelping upskill developers in the principles, practices, and tools that they need to be successful in AIThe ability to simplify complex topics into accessible, digestible, effective technical contentExcellent communicator of complex technical topics which include creating presentations/talks for the public developer communityHelp to build a community of engineers invested in pushing the AI space forwardWorking with a team and people who value clarity, creativity, passion, initiative, and thoughtfulness.Strong communicator and AI educator for the broader developer community and ecosystemStrong collaborator - with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams, as well as our executives.The ability to regularly engage with community members in forums, chats, or meetups.Willingness and ability to learn.Nice to Haves5+ years of development and industry experience in ML/AI, including code development and the creating of demos to exhibit products.
