Is Recruiting For The Following Opportunity:This is a strong opportunity for a patent attorney or patent agent within a patent practice. The primary need is for someone who enjoys patent preparation and prosecution. Opportunities to perform in other related functional areas (strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions, dealing with foreign associates regarding EPO filings, PTAB work, technology licensing, due diligence) will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice.This is an excellent opportunity within a growing practice wherein you will also have the opportunity to use and further develop your client management and development skills. The existing client base is diverse with respect to size and industry. This is challenging work with a talented group of patent professionals. Very competitive compensation and benefits with excellent and objective incentives for extra production.Patent Attorney Requirements:
Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, biomedical, materials, electrical, computer), physics, or computer science.Patent Bar and any State BarMust have at least 4 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in biotechnology.Additional Notes For Candidates:All fees are paid by client firms and companies. As a consequence of our reputation for having integrity and providing results, we often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised.Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (i.e., partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc.You have our express commitment that
