Staff Product Manager

on the Monetization team, you will focus on delivering products and capabilities for Checkr’s monetization areas: We define monetization as the ability to sell a product to customers, bill them for its use, and accurately record and report the financial transaction associated with the sale. You will define and execute the strategy for each of these respective areas.What You’ll Do:Lead teams to work on Monetization focused initiatives such as Pricing, Subscriptions, Promotions, Bundling, Billing, Invoicing & Payments.Strengthen our monetization platform, which will store catalog prices and costs, perform bill computation, support discounts, promos, and credits, generate invoices, and reconcile and store financial data.Build a single source of truth for core revenue management entities: customers, contracts, products, prices, discounts, invoices.Grow PLG & SLG motions by building features to improve pricing, discounting, packaging & subscriptions.Develop billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable automation to enable Checkr to scale as we quickly grow revenue and number of accounts.Who You Are:Penchant for data and sharp business acumen.Systems thinker - you enjoy solving complex problems by applying a scalable & long-term platform approach.Strong communication & collaboration skills across different functions within the company.What You Bring:7+ years as a PM, with experience in Enterprise/SaaS companies.Strong technical background to enable you to contribute meaningful features.Excellent commercial skills and attention to detail.Proven track record leading a hands-on, high performance environment.What you’ll get:A fast-paced and collaborative environment.Learning and development allowance.Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement.100% medical, dental, and vision coverage.Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services.Flexible PTO policy.Monthly wellness stipend, home office stipend.At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection.
