We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects. *As a Senior Product Pricing Strategist for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:Ensuring supplier quotations meet 'should cost' estimates and value engineering targets, support negotiations by challenging quotations using technical analysis aiming for cost reductions and value optimizationAdvising on the cost and value impact of changes in specificationCollaborating with suppliers and internal customers to investigate and identify product innovations, design-to-value initiatives, and value engineering opportunities with the ultimate target to achieve cost improvement and value optimizationDeploying the pricing levers (Value, Pass-through, Formula, Transactional). Report monthly results and improvement actionsLeading and coordinate RoB for the organization. Includes ownership of All Hands, weekly Staff meetings, LT rhythm, manager meetings, etcDeveloping cost and pricing models that align with deal requirements and customer evaluation criteriaEnsuring appropriate data and insights are surfaced at the right altitude and in a timely manner to enable leadership and stakeholders to make data driven decisionsAnalyzing trends, formulating projections, creating financial models, and evaluating alternativesThis job is for you if:You like helping people and don’t need to take credit for success. You can explain almost anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and meetings.RequirementsYou have:5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experienceMust have product pricing strategy experienceExperience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goalsExperience with Product Strategy/Development/DeploymentPartner with go-to-market, marketing, and product managers to develop goals/strategy for your products and featuresExperience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational levelExperience working within a high-growth, technology companyExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareSkilled in influencing and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organizationSelf-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independentlyThe ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategyYou might also have:Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productBackground experience with cloud pricingExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience as a product manager or ownerExperience owning technology productsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)BenefitsAbout UsAG Consulting Partners, Inc. is a Redmond-based boutique consulting firm. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.The annual salary range for this role is: 120,000 - 145,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
