The Associate of Global CRM of TOM FORD BEAUTY and BALMAIN BEAUTY

will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to drive the development and execution of strategies designed to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value for both omnichannel luxury brands. This pivotal role will support beauty marketing strategies, requiring a deep understanding of CRM marketing and a creative mindset, capable of integrating innovative strategies to enhance the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will support and lead efforts to leverage consumer data and content, ensuring that our global brand marketing strategies are both engaging and actionable. Additionally, this role will support initiatives across beauty for both brands, requiring a strong commitment to ID/E to ensure that all global marketing programs resonate with our diverse consumer base.

Responsibilities:

· CRM: Champion CRM needs and ensure marketing programs connect, engage, and inspire consumers around the TOM FORD BEAUTY and BALMAIN BEAUTY luxury experience.

· Partner with regional affiliates on loyalty program and lifecycle marketing to ensure global consistency while localizing efforts, delivering increased personalization, and achieving program KPIs. Identify opportunities for loyalty program evolution and act on these opportunities for future success.

· Develop and cascade the Global CRM strategy and develop new programs to increase data capture/sharing, customer repeat, retention/loyalty, lifetime value, and reactivation.

· Develop benchmarks, measurements, and KPIs for new experiences and programs.

· Ensure strategies uphold diversification to address changing needs of channels, retail types, and consumer types.

· Establish email/SMS/Clienteling marketing strategy based on company goals and priorities; track performance, manage reporting, and develop recommendations.

· Create email/SMS templates, manage QA, and support the deployment of campaigns for product launches, feature announcements, education, cross-sell, and automated programs.

· Assist the team in building repeatable processes and solutions to support data-driven marketing at scale (e.g., automated trigger parameters).

· Manage multiple, concurrent projects in various phases; ensure project deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned across key stakeholders.

· Work closely with cross-functional partners across product marketing, communications, and creative to support global brand marketing strategies.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 1-2 years of relevant experience.

· Proven experience in CRM, with a strong understanding of CRM marketing principles and practices.

· Experience in luxury retail or beauty industry is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure tests and assess performance.

· Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and actionable storytelling within campaigns.

· Proficiency in email/SMS marketing, including strategy development, template creation, QA, and deployment.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regional affiliates.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400 to $93,250. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
