As an Account Manager at Connection, you are the foundation of our success, selling technology products and services to small to medium-sized businesses (50-2,000 employees). This is a base plus commission role, earnings may vary. Building long-term relationships with multiple decision-makers throughout the companies you support.How do you do that:Work Hours: Monday Friday: 8:30 am -5:30 pm (Eastern)60 dials (outbound calls) and 2 hours and 15 minutes of talk time per day40 unique actions with potential/current customers dailyAdd 1-2 monthly buying accounts so that you have 12 to 24 buying accounts by the end of your first year75% of your time focused on prospecting for new business using paid resources like ZoomInfoRegularly quoting opportunities to potential and current customers
