Account Manager
in Cedar Rapids, IA.
As an
Account Manager , you will be responsible for receiving and entering customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, tracking customer orders internally, monitoring subcontract orders daily, and working with the quality manager on any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements:• High school diploma/GED• 3+ years of manufacturing account management experience• ERP/EDI experience• Valid driver’s license
Job Duties:• Process and maintain customer orders to ensure timely delivery• Coordinate customer inquiries for assigned accounts leading up to and after order placement• Communicate with clients as needed through phone and email• Work with outside vendors to ensure products will be returned in a timely manner• Collaborate with multiple departments within the company to ensure the customer’s needs are met• Prepare weekly reports for production meeting
