This role is based in Houston but will consider candidates based in, Salt Lake City or Utah, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Additional western US locations could be considered.

Position Summary:

As an Account Manager within our dynamic sales team, you will be at the forefront of client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your role is pivotal in managing client relationships, contributing directly to the success of our sales strategy execution. With a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills, you will drive account acquisition, expansion, retention, and seamless management of all clients across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Cultivation:

Support key customers with personalized attention and tailored solutions (UVP)Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.Maintain regular contact with clients to foster long-term relationships.Revenue Growth and Retention:

Responsible for continuous gain of wallet share within assigned accounts.Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling within the inline info section.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets through existing accounts.New Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.Work collaboratively with multiple teams to convert leads and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.Product Expertise:

Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of the inline information section of our products.Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and updates to clients.Collaboration Across Teams:

Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, ensuring a unified client experience.Convey client feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.Tailored Solutions Delivery:

Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend specific needs.Propose and implement tailored solutions (UVP) to meet client objectives.Salesforce and KPI's:

Maintain and regularly update the Salesforce sales funnel for accurate and timely tracking.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness.Prioritize and strategize to maximize conversion rates.Keep records current in Salesforce and other systems.Issue Resolution and Preventative Measures:

Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating closely with support teams when necessary.Proactively implement measures to minimize potential challenges.Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a positive integration experience.Organic Growth Strategy Implementation:

Develop and execute strategies for organic growth within existing accounts.Identify wallet share gaining opportunities based on client 3P's.Market Insights and Recommendations:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Provide valuable recommendations based on market insights.Contract Negotiation and Alignment:

Collaborate actively on contract renewals and negotiations.Ensure contractual agreements align with both client expectations and company objectives.Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5-10 years minimum experience in the pipeline inspection industry.Preferred 5 years' experience in in-line inspection sales with demonstrated knowledge of ILI.Demonstrated exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.Knowledge of contracting and negotiating.Knowledge of general ILI applications and MFL technology/theory.Knowledge of regional regulations and/or pipeline operator requirements.Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Wide range of established relationships and well respected in the pipeline industry.Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments.Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate, and complete results.Innovative, accountable, devoted, and genuine.Demonstrates a commitment to integrating the ENTEGRA® Core Values into daily work and life. - Be Innovative. Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field.Knowledge of PHMSA Part 192 and 195 regulations, API, AMPP (NACE) and ASME standards and recommended practices is preferred.
